Each year, we recycle 16,000 tons of waste wood and 10,000 tons of HDPE, preventing 20,000 tons of wood felling and contributing to environmental conservation.

As a pioneer in China’s plastic wood industry, Everdur has been at the forefront of production and R&D for over 16 years. Recognized as a high-tech enterprise, we boast a dedicated R&D team of 10 experts, holding several patents for innovative designs.

We were the first in the industry to introduce automated granulation and dust removal equipment, enhancing production efficiency and quality. Responding to market demands, we developed a biomass composite plastic wood tool house, which has been awarded national recognition for its innovation and practicality.

Raw Material

Everdur has built a robust raw material supply chain to ensure a consistent, reliable flow of high-quality materials for production. Our strong supplier partnerships guarantee stable operations, enabling us to meet customer demands efficiently and consistently.

Granulation

Everdur has enhanced its granulation process by upgrading equipment and successfully transforming the feeding system. We’ve introduced automated pipeline transportation for granulated materials, optimizing production efficiency and ensuring a seamless, high-output manufacturing process.

Extrusion

Everdur boasts one of the largest extrusion workshops in the industry, equipped with 50 extrusion machines and a daily output of approximately 100 tons. This extensive production capacity ensures exceptional efficiency and the ability to meet large-scale demand without compromising on quality.

Surface Treatment

Our advanced surface treatment process enhances the quality of each product, featuring 10 grinding and embossing machines. This allows us to offer a wide range of surface textures and intricate details, ensuring your products have a flawless, refined finish.

Cutting

Everdur employs automated cutting equipment to achieve high-precision cuts, integrating advanced technology into our production process. This enhances both cutting efficiency and accuracy, ensuring consistently precise and high-quality results.

Testing

With first-class 5S on-site management and a stringent quality control system, Everdur ensures that every product undergoes rigorous inspection at each stage of production. Packaging
